Vulcans are natives of the planet Vulcan, known as T'Kashi to the natives. It is a world with minimal precipitation, a very hot climate, and a surface gravity of 1.8 G (T). It also has a thinner atmosphere than Earth. Vulcans are genetically identical to the Romulans, since Romulans are an offshoot of the Vulcan race. The main differences between the two races are the Vulcan Devotion to Logic and the suppression of all forms of emotion from Vulcans.
