Starfleet Starbase Operations

Starbase Operations is a division of Starfleet that is concerned with the operation and upkeep of Starfleet's starbases. The commanding officer of this division is a flag officer, most commonly one who has attained the rank of rear admiral. In some circumstances, it may be possible for a newly appointed flag officer or admiralty candidate to be appointed to command this division. Currently, the Office of Starbase Operations is headed by Rear Admiral Jonar Isac and his deputy, Branch Admiral R'hli.

- Spacedock - Sol System
- Starbase 427 - Qo'noS System
- Deep Space 9 - B'hava'el System
- Station Alcatraz - Beerax System
- La Forge Shipyards - Stebben System
